Capacity and Scale
Leveraging our own pyrite resource advantages, we have established a sulfuric acid production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons in Gejiu, Yunnan. This production line uses internationally advanced "pyrite fluidized bed roasting acid production" technology to provide high-purity industrial sulfuric acid for the chemical, metallurgy, and fertilizer industries, serving the southwestern region.

Core Processes and Equipment

Raw Material Pre-treatment
Pyrite Crushing and Screening System: Equipped with automated crushers and vibrating screens to ensure feed particle size ≤3mm;

Roasting and Conversion
High-efficiency Fluidized Bed Roasting Furnace: Pyrite roasting intensity reaches 7-8 t/(m²·d), sulfur utilization rate ≥98%;
Five-stage Conversion System: SO₂ conversion rate ≥99.8%, flue gas SO₂ emission concentration ＜100 mg/Nm³;

Absorption and Refinement
Double-contact Absorption Tower: Produces concentrated sulfuric acid (concentration ≥98%), dilute acid recycling rate ＞95%;
DCS Automated Control System: Real-time monitoring and dynamic optimization of process parameters.

Environmental Protection and Resource Recycling
Flue Gas Treatment: Utilizing "sodium alkali desulfurization + SCR denitrification" technology, emission standards exceed national standards (GB 26132-2010);
Waste Heat Recovery: Equipped with waste heat boilers and power generation units, generating 20 million kWh annually, reducing comprehensive energy consumption by 30%;
Slag Utilization: Roasting slag (iron content ＞60%) is supplied to steel mills as iron-making raw material, achieving zero waste.

Quality Assurance System
Certified under ISO 9001 quality management system, products comply with the Industrial Sulfuric Acid standard (GB/T 534-2014);
Equipped with online chromatographs and densitometers, each batch of products comes with a full-specification inspection report;

Future Plans
We plan to expand overseas pyrite acid production lines, develop the market for electronic-grade high-purity sulfuric acid, and complete the closed-loop "pyrite-sulfuric acid-fine chemicals" industry chain.
